The Downtown Denver Office Market

LoDo (Lower Downtown) is just west of Denver’s CBD, and has grown from rundown old brick warehouses and lofts to the trendiest, hottest places to be in Denver. From the close proximity of both the Pepsi Center and Coors Field to the countless bars and restaurants you can walk to, LoDo is the best neighborhood for a young professional. Union Station, in the center of LoDo, has been completely renovated to become the hub of Denver’s mass transit system and includes new office buildings, restaurants and entertainment.

The LoDo office market consists of 174 buildings totaling 9.4 million SF.

RiNo has also become home to a new growing office market with a different kind of office building with combining the best of attributes urban high rises with suburban campuses. RiNo offers 116 office buildings totaling 5.4 million SF.
