The Denver Tech Center Office Market

The Denver Tech Center (DTC), bordered by I-225 on the south, I-25 on the west, Arapahoe Road on the south and Havana on the east, is the largest office submarket in Denver outside of the CBD at 12.4 million sf of office space. This bustling suburban center is home to some of Denver’s largest employers including: Charter Communications, Western Union, Great-West Financial, Newmont, and Re/Max HQ.
